advice best results beginner
Hi,
i'm just starting to work out. i've never done so in my life. My gym has given me a routine of weights and i know i do cardio too.
i don't eat terribly badly, but am not interested in getting involved reading every label that passes me by.
i'm 125 and 5'6 and just trying to tone up & lose a few lbs around my waist.
i'm working out 3-4 times a week.
how much cardio should i do? i also walk about 45 mins a day.
