I know cluster headaches are very easily triggered by certain things in your body. My dad's were triggered by eating any MSG or having any alcohol. They were both recipes for disaster. So strange, but he's been totally free of them for about 5 years now. Still avoids the triggers to not tempt fate, but they're pretty much gone. Maybe the same isn't true with migranes. Sorry to get a bit off topic!!!
