That thing is huge and creepy! It also looks like no silverfish I've ever seen. We have tiny silverfish that are, well, silver. As for capturing it alive, well that would be tricky considering its location. You might want to try an inverted plastic bag over your hand, grab it, and then quickly reverting the bag so it ends up inside the bag. Of course I would never do that because the thought of grabbing a bug, even through plastic, just creeps the hell out of me.
