I tried to ping on both computers to the other using the manually configured ips. Neither could ping the other. I still can't look at the workgroups on mine, though I'm not sure which profile I'm in at the moment, that might be the problem.
I'll reboot and try each profile to see which one works and doesn't. Though I might need to post both sets of services to see if the problem lies within there. If you need those, let me know. I have them both exported and ready to be posted!
