My sister had it done after their 4th child... and she's a huge hypochondriac... if there were side effects, honestly, she would have had them... Anything she reads about or hears about, she will have or thought she had at some point in her life. She had it done after the ceserean on their 4th - the doc already had her open so thats why they decided to do it then, I'm not so sure she would have had it done if not for the ceserean.

It's invasive surgery and any invasive surgery has it's risks... so I'd really think about having it done...

I could have them reversed, but I believe cutting is more effective, but tying them makes it easier to reverse - and at your age, you might want this reversable.
