summer is a great time for wraps.
who wants to make the kitchen hotter when it's already 100 outside?
i used to work for an outfit that made their own smoked salmon,
and they sold wraps with it.
i made 1000s of these bastards.
and i still liked to eat.
flour tortilla
cream cheese (with a wee bit of parsley blended in) for the spread
smoked salmon pieces
alfalfa sprouts
romaine hearts
capers
fuck. now i want one.
off to the kitchen....
edit: ohh shesus... your wrap sounds good. cheese on top of cheese is genius.
