Now, I love my home state of NJ (Shaddup) but this is really stupid, what happens if there are two people in the car and the passenger is smoking.. Is that allowed?
Interestingly enough, NJ smoking is still allowed in bars and restaurants...
Although the upside to this might be to get people to move out of the state, there are already too damn many people here anyhow, and the state just isnt that big... maybe it will lower property values actually making property affordable for people.
