Ok, I put the extra modem into the ShuttleX. Omg... I nearly broke the modem trying to get it in there without doing any damage. The case is so small and the bars that go over the top barely leave enough room to put the modem in.
Luckly the board had a PCI slot. The other one was the older type. My brain just died from all the horrid things I was thinking of to do to the case and the ex.
Now, I'd really like to finish up the network since I need to transfer files to update her EQ2 directory from mine. Otherwise it's gonna be a 19 hour download on dialup. If I had access to anything better, I'd jump on it big time.
Anyways, if anyone can please help. Maybe I have a service turned off that needs to be on, or I need to add something. Just give me ideas of what info needed and how to get it off to post it. I just really hate this networking thing.
