What a sick, gory, vile, disturbing, violent, great horror movie! They don't make 'em like that anymore. I was pleased with the movie overall, but I had one qualm:

No doctor Satan! Not even a mention. I was like what the fuck! I was looking foward to seeing more of him after House of 1000 Corpses
Sheri Moon (Zombie) is so hot. Spoiler:
she shows her ass alot!
Ken Foree is great. He hasn't done anything I liked since Texas Chainsaw III
Danny Trejo is great. He's good in anything.
Diamond Dallas Page(Yes DDP!) even has a good small part in the movie.
Bill Mossely(Otis) is brillant. Really twisted.
Sid Haig(clown) not much makeup in this one, but if you liked him in the first one you'll love him in Rejects.
Overall as a horror fan, this is my Star Wars! I will go to bed not to have nightmares, but to dream of Sheri Moon Zombie. She could cut me up anytime!
