Yeah, I like Troma films, they are certainly different. I wouldn't ever consider buying any of them though, I just catch them when they come round on TV.
I've seen Toxic Avenger 1 & 2, Sgt. Kabukiman NYPD and Terror Firmer and they are all funny in a 'so bad they're watchable' kind of way.
I didn't realise Cannibal: The Movie was Troma <--- Thats a funny film!
