I think your credit card option is for those people who has the tendency to pay the bills once it comes in. If you're the kind of person that wants to pay some of the bills later, then you should ask for the card that comes with lower interest rate but it has annual fee. TD Canada Trust offers 2 kind of Credit Card.
1. No annual fee, 19% interest, usually for those people who pays the bill once they get it
2. $25 annual fee, 9 % + prime interest (Not sure) and usually for those who pays parts of the bill over time.
