I'm in the "squeeze off the excess, eat the pizza, pay and leave" camp. I guess if I really felt strongly about it, I might have a discreet word with the manager. I don't want to cause a scene, but if there was something really significantly wrong with the food, I'm sure the manager would want to know. If s/he wanted to do something to make it up to me, that would be okay, but that wouldn't be my goal.
