I dont leave home without my epi-pen those throat constrictions are horrible.
I got bitten by 3 fire ants a few weeks ago and it took two benadryls and my inhaler to get me under control (I try not to use my pen unless its MAJOR, not to underplay 3 fire ant bites...but I mean wasps and bees as major...if it had been more fire ants it would have been. I got 9 bites once that landed me in the hospital)
try to get some rest....thats the best advice I can offer.
