Good. Anyway, 170 pounds is considered a decent weight for a six-footer. At six-foot-four, 190 is 'way lean. I knew a guy at that height and weight, moderately active but not excessively so in his 20s and 30s. He had no gut and no butt. None.
I once knew a guy who was 7 feet tal, 170 pounds. Dude was a horror show. Sunken chest, arms like white PVC waterpipe, ate almost nothing. Died at 41 of a heart attack.
If you want to push your physical and mental being, take up triathlons or rockclimbing or long-distance bicycling or marathons or something. But eat right.
