everyone visiting rochester (my hometown) should go to the Ten Ugly Men Festival. Basically, it's an all you can drink (beer), all you can eat (dinosaur bbq) festival with live music and sports. It's where anyone 21-35 will be all day on saturday. Check out the sight...
