I used to use both O&O Defragger and Diskeeper but I ended up settling with PerfectDisk because of their "Offline Defrag" options implemented. It defrags things such as pagefile location and MFT Zones. Not sure if that was capable in O&O or Diskeeper (I might have just never recognized it) but it does quicken up bootup time a decent amount.
