I voted quite dangerous because I do not think they will eventually die out on their own. I don't see any end in sight for these groups, all action taken can only disrupt their orginisation (they continue to remain a threat even with huge disruption to their orginisation) and foil and attacks being prepared. I certainly think that Governments like to mention that they are tackling the issue while what they can actually do is very limited. Invading Iraq did not have anything to do with diminishing the threat posed by terrorists. Do I think the terrorist threat needs to be fought? Yes. I also think that many Governments do not tackle the issue effectivley.
