Actually, according to a study I read that was conducted in the late 1970s, the rape fantasy is among the most common fantasies that women have. While certainly the statistics have changed by now, I doubt they have changed by much--most women have fantasies about being dominated and controlled. Rape is just one of the ways to do that. Obviously, a safe word should be used, just like with any other kind of domination.
