Even if she was just using the bathroom, if I came to my bedroom door, found it locked and then found someone in it, I'd be pissed. It certainly looked like she was unlocking the door as she left, which would piss me off even more. Having mulled over the situation, if I were HoH, I'd have thrown her on the block without talking to anyone.
Having said that, I think it was bad strategy for Rachel, getting HoH and PoV in the same week. Better to throw the PoV than make people look at you as this ultra-competitive player, as I think she did last night.
