So this kid i knew at my college is accusing me of raping a girl.

Rape..!

This is the way i saw it. A few friends who knew the girl were telling me she wanted to hook up with me so i was like, cool im down. I'm no cassanova when it comes to women so i just figured we'd fool around, kiss, maybe i'd get some head.

So 'the night' finally comes around and i was chilling in my friends room with this girl and my friend. We're all drinkin and watchin southpark, ahh good times. So anyway, i ask the girl if she wants to come up to my room, and apparently she asked my friend for a condom beforehand, which i wasn't aware of until later. So we get up in my room and start kissin, its all good. Then later she busts out the condom, i was like woah im gettin laid tonight.

Did i mention we were drunk?

So anyhow the night goes well, alot of sex is had. But now, nearly 5 months later a guy friend of this girl is accusing me of RAPE. I just can't grasp their ideas of how i raped her. It makes me feel like shit! im being accused of rape when i barely made a move on the girl, i just don't understand. What should i do? What are your thoughts on this slice of drama? I was shocked to read his very, very hateful email. it was damn near the most depressing thing ive read in years, and for a minute i actually thought i WAS a rapist. But when i look back on it, i just don't see how he has any right calling me a rapist. I think of the night more like a one night stand, i mean, two people were horny, wanted to fool around, and they did. Is there anything wrong with that? thoughts please!
