I would think everyone would hear a voice while they think, I think what theyre talking about is uncontrollable voices in your head. But yeah, when I think sometimes I carry on a conversation with myself, sometimes even mumbling aloud. I think most people do this.

Occationally I hear voices when I'm half asleep, usually mixed up stuff said during the day so I think thats just some wierd dream state. There are so many levels of conscienciouness.
