Add some electricity!
Not to further shock the already shocked (so to speak), but if you search the web for "electrosex" you'll find that there are a fair number of people out there using things like the above referenced Princes Wand (or its non-piercing version) as an electrode for electrical stimulation (which, I can tell you, feels very very good).
Read up on it first, look for the site called "smartstim" to get good information. Don't hurt yourself with do-it-yourself projects, there are some good, professionally made stimulation units out there.
