I don't know about the jump program, but you DO get to train with Morpheous in the Dojo.
If you follow the link, there is a portion where you hear Neo say "I know kung-fu" Followed by Morpheous responding "Show Me"
It then shows a portion of a fight between Morpheous and Neo - in fact, the beginning of the sequence looks pretty much identical to the movie - very impressive indeed
