A can of Tuna and a apple a day!
I'm not fat. I'm 6'4'' and 210lbs. I used to be 300lbs. I lost the weight by doing the low carb, high protien, and low fat. My lowest was 170lbs. I bulked up at the gym to 210lbs.
Okay, heres the thing, I saw the movie "The Machinist." Great movie. Christain Bale looked like a skeleton. He was dangerously skinny. His diet was an apple and a can of tuna a day to prepare for the role. I'm going to try it just to push my mental and physical being. I'll stop at 170lbs.
Everyone thinks I'm nuts! What can happen to me? What can I expect? Is it that dangerous if I take a multivitamin a day and drink lots of water? Please comment.
