I don't know about ten feet, (I certainly haven't shot ten feet across a room!) but women can and do ejaculate during, before, or even after orgasm. The problem is that not much research has been done, and people can't quite decide on what it's purpose is, or even what the fluid is. Some people say that it comes from the Skene's glands, and others think it's vaginal.
Even though it comes from the urethra, (if the Skene's glands thing is right, I guess) it's not pee. It doesn't have the same colouring, scent or taste as pee.
