You could try MSI itself. One of their reps once told me they'd replace such fans for free. (He did mention you'd have to pick it up yourself, though...) I don't know if you know how to contact them, though.
Like Lewis said, another option would be a fan-less solution, like one of those Zalman chipset heatsinks. I have a similar chipset on my Asus P4P800 motherboard, which does not use a fan, but only a heatsink. It won't cost much, and will prevent similar problems in the future.
