Yes but there's also wider gaps between overtures (is that the right word?): Plessy v Ferguson in 1892 and Brown v Board of Education in 1954.
Of course with two possible imminent replacements on the SCOTUS now, this is liable to be quickly overturned
if someone (with legal funding) does end up getting their property siezed in such a manner.
