Well, it's probably a bit late to worry about that, what with the heavy metals already in regular inks (Lead, Antimony, Arsenic, Beryllium, Chromium, Cobalt, Nickel and Selenium, according to
the American Environmental Safety Institute). There were also some articles about how tattoo inks aren't regulated by the FDA, although many people assume that they are.
