I have a hand for cakes...I might just have to try to imitate that one, though no one in my family but me likes coconut.
By far the most exotic cake I've ever made was a 4-layer chocolate cake with orange-flavored buttercream frosting--together it tasted like orange chocolate. It turned out so pretty...wish I'd taken pictures. Hopefully I can manage to make some good ones soon...I haven't had the time to really make a cake in a long time, though I do enjoy it so.
