it was delicious!
funny thing was most of our neighbors were away or they don't like coconut, so we have over half it yet in the freezer.
this cake was ignormous!
and while yes, i didn't "cook" (or rather bake) this myself, it seemed worth sharing here for entertaining purposes.
before actually trying this, i thought $75 for a cake was pure foolish insanity, but after savoring this slice of heaven, hubby & i both said hell YEAH! we'd definitely order this for a nice party or other special occasion.
