and omigosh it was so gggggggggood.
& i don't even care much for most sweets.
it wasn't supermarket lard based icing (which i deplore), but instead had the taste of perfectly sweetened (not too much) cream cheese.
the entire cake just melts in your mouth.

well, i am a long time subscriber to House & Garden magazine.
in their June issue i saw that they have a forum, so i registered (long lengthy questionaire involved to register btw).
turns out it's more like a nice blog with commenting, but whatever - I WON A CAKE!!!
