There is some truth to the idea that a [person's] body at rest, tends to stay at rest. A body in motion tends to stay in motion.
Thanks for the link. I think it is a good way to softly get into running. I agree that the number one reason that people get off track with their exercise goals is that they try to go too hard and too fast right off the couch.
