Private corporations who were affected by the 9/11 attacks have a bounty on his head. Last time it hit the mainstream news (late 2001/early 2002,) there were about 30 people who confirmed that they were looking for him, and with good reason. The total bounty offered by these corporations is rumored (by sources close to the ones looking for Osama) to be close to US$1B.
