After trying this at least 5 times and getting that same error, I decided to look around and found KXploit at
psp-hacks.com. That page walked me through everything (I've never messed with emulators at all) and it was relatively simple. The most time consuming part is finding the ROMS, but I found a site last night that I was getting them from (I can't remember the site now, and I can't look in my history because I'm at work).
In any case, I got a NES and a SNES emulator, and am trying to fill them up with games. Tonight I'll probably see what other emulators I can/want to put on there.
By the way, since I've never done this, I just thought I'd point out that this is the coolest thing ever, and I'll be playing my PSP alot more with these on there!
