I shave my balls every day. I've read posts from newbie shavers about ingrowns, itches, etc. I've found that the more you do it the more the skin gets accustomed to it. Look at all the men that shave their face today. There are no ingrowns, itching, etc. because they've been shaving there for years. Otherwise there would be a lot of bearded men walkin around, right? Well, using that logic, say you are 28, and never shaved down there. Yep, its' going to be a little rough at first, BE PERSISTENT. That's the key! It will pay off in a big way, no pun intended.

The first time I shaved it felt like the first time I'd REALLY seen my cock before. And god, was it hard! Wife loves to lick my smooth sack too, oooooooooooh yea!
