Ok, see your question isnt hard to change. Now Im no expert at increasing verticals or anything but have you ever thought that an average man doesnt spend time leaping through the air to catch a ball or spend time in the gym squating 300lb a day? You can severely increase your vertical by an abudance of jumping daily (i.e. playing basketball) and by working out. I found this out after one year of basketball. I went from having a 24" vertical to having a 32" vertical. And 36" isnt that big in NBA standards...you heard of Mugsy Bo before? (incorrect spelling of that name most likely.)
