It depends what I am doing. If I am just at home chilling out, I for sure prefer music. Sometimes when I am stressed or upset, I prefer to sit in silence and really think about what needs to be done.
At night- I need pure silence. Constant sounds like snoring, taps dripping, ect.... make me go insane when I am trying to sleep.
