Love peace and quiet, maybe that's why I enjoy winter hiking so much.
When I am painting or drawing I will listen to music sometimes, it helps set a mood for what I'm working on. I will usually spend about ten to twenty minutes just getting the right music on. When there is music going I like to hear it, all the subtle tones, but I don't crank it up, just loud enough to enjoy.
