did something to a muscle in my neck
i strained it about a week ago and didnt lift at all until tonight when it no longer hurt......
strained it again tonight...i dont think its as bad as last time but this is such a pain in the ass......
i hadda cut my workout short for fear of causing more damage and having more healing time.....
i think my best bet is just to wait again until its no longer sore.....and make sure i do the few neck strenches i know to get warmed up....
hopefully i will atleast beable to run tommorow
