Alright, look. If you're this worried about being pregnant, you might should re-think the having sex thing anyway. Plus, you're "a few days late" plus "been very tense lately" plus "(your) period isn't always accurate." Chances are, you're not pregnant unless you went out and had sex with no protection, and even then there's a slim chance you're pregnant.
Don't jump to conclusions. GO GET A PREGNANCY TEST!!! If you're still in doubt, go see a doctor! And if you're this freaked out about being pregnant, don't have sex until you feel like you can handle EVERYTHING that having sex means- possibly getting pregnant, getting an STD, getting AIDS, etc. The biggest misteak I made in my whole life was having sex before I was ready. Even when I thought I was ready, I wasn't, because every single month the entire time I was in that relationship (1 year) I was absloutely FREAKING over possibily being pregnant. Now, me and Martel know that if I somehow (and it would take a miracle) got pregnant, we'd both be level headed and calm enough to deal with it.
And again, please please look into getting that book I recommended- if you're young and inexpierenced (and no offense, but it sounds like you are) you need to educate yourself about what it really means to have sex!
