All right I've upgraded to the latest version of BitTorrent, reinitialized my tracker, and put new seeds out. Try getting the new .torrent files *yet again* and see if it works. For all intents and purposes it looks like its working to me.

My server is showing the following from a netstat -anp:

tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:6881            0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      19369/python        
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:6882            0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      19374/python        
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:6969            0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      19601/python

where 19601 is the PID of my tracker, and the other two PIDs are the BT clients currently seeding.
