i hear ya 'bout the sauce. before i moved to texas back in 96, here's what i used to do for bbq sauce:
one bottle of kraft bbq, thick
one lemon, whole.
put the lemon in the blender, peel and all.
blend it.
add that shit to the bbq sauce.
sounds weird, but it's good.
try it out some day.
for added layers o' flava,
throw a peeled onion & garlic into the blender
and s & p to taste.
use before, during, and after grilling meat.
