Check behind libraries and schools for old overhead projectors. You can get the condenser lens and fresnel lens from those. Heck just go in and ask if they have some old ones that they would like to get rid of. I was going to build my own (using plans from diyprojectorcompany.com) and that's how I got my lenses. Then I came across a great deal on an old NEC projector and my plans for diy were put on hold.
