Agreed. Driven in NYC and drive in Chicago almost every other weekend. In these big cities if you are not a "fast/maniac/insane" driver then you are a hazard. Driving "insanely" does not mean reckless. You become reckless when you begin to disprove Newtonian laws of physics.
