Mesotherapy, fat reduction, weight loss
For the past 4 months, I’ve been dieting and exercising. I’ve been going to the gym between 3-5 times a week, and I’ve lost about 17 pounds, but I’m still a bit overweight, according to my doctor.
I have access to a doctor who can perform mesotherapy for basically free. In short, a doctor injects you with some stuff that dissolves fat away. Kind of like a much, much less invasive form of liposuction, and there’s no surgery involved. Go into the doctor’s office, and you’re out in 15 minutes. That’s it.
So, my question is, what are your opinions on doing this as a way to *supplement* my dieting and exercise?. I’ve gotten used to the dieting and exercise lifestyle so I don’t think I’ll use it as an excuse to slack off and gain back the weight, which is a worry I had when presented with this option 4 months ago. Would you do it if you had the chance?
