Emotional20 - thanks for sharing this with us - your attempt to see things through your mother's eyes shows much depth, and you will learn much from attempting to doing so. The writing is a little rough in places where it feels you sacrificed feeling to get words to rhyme. However, the feelings you have ring through loud and clear - and I feel that is the most important part of writing. The first will come with time, practice, and building skill, but that is all meaningless if your heart is not foremost in your writing.
