My two appearances were both high school band related.
First, our jazz band played a song on Toronto's early morning wake up show "Breakfast Television". We were followed by an expert on swords.
Second, and slightly more exciting, was when a TV movie was shot at our school. You can look it up on imdb.
About a hundred of us were paid as extras for a pep rally, hallways and graduation scene. As a member of our school band, we got to mime playing at the Graduation ceremony and you can see me in the background playing trombone, tapping my foot to the music.
As a humbling balance to this early fame, I've never been shown on the jumbotron at a baseball game, and the lady on Romper room never ever saw me through the magic mirror and said my name.
