In my youth I was at a fire at the local shopping center. As I walked past the camera, my head went across the bottom of the screen, very visible.
In 1997 (I had to google for the date), I was at the Lennox Lewis - Andrew Golota fight in Atlantic City. A friend was part of the television production group. Since the fight lasted all of 15 seconds (OK, maybe 90), HBO had a lot of time to fill. After it was all over, and the crowds had dispersed, the hosts were doing a protracted wrap up of the fight. I had nothing to do while the production crews wrapped up, so me and another person went over to watch the facility staff break down the ring. As we did I noticed the bright lights off in the distance. Two days later watching a replay of the fight, there I am walking into the picture in the background. If you didn't know it was me, you would have just ignored it.
No speaking roles yet.
