I was once on The Price Is Right (Original air date Dec 8, 2003 Show 2712K)
I sucked. COmpletely
Was the 2nd last person called. Bid $25 over o the luggage for my first, and had no idea what the stupid hibachi-like Grill/Smoker thingy was worth so I bid $420.
Took the "Contestants not appearing on stage will receive..." walk of shame.
I did though get His/Hers watches & a toaster, tea kettle, cappichino machine & waffle iron - worth about $850US. So a mere $253.50 USD later (Fuck the IRS) I got my "winnings"
Oh well, was a HELL of an experience, and one hell of a memory. The adrenalin goes apeshit in that moment - no wonder people on the show look stoned out/stunned to hell.
