Me and my class was on tv when we were.. erhh.. 12 I think. It was on a TV-show for kids called "klar, parat, svin!" (=get ready, set, pollute!). The object of the show was to inform kids about the environtment, pollution and how one could reduce it efficiently at home.
The episode we were in featured the "Kim's Chips" company (Denmark's biggest producer of chips)
with their chairman telling about how Kim's Chips reduces pollution by using special kinds of machines etc. In between the interview there were funny cartoons and a dance/rap show about the creation of chips performed by some of the girls from my class. Someone (I forget who) had made these huge potatoe costumes that 6 different kids were wearing during the song. They looked sooo adorable in those over-sized potatoe costumes
I had made badges for us all with a handdrawn logo of the show; a green worm. My 3 minutes of fame is me showing how to make badges

That may sound boring to you but I was absolutely fine with it - better badges than running around in some silly costume
I still have the tape of the episode at home actually
